1. Assist in the creation of a strategic vision for your organization.  Through Lean and  

    Six Sigma we will help your organization formulate a deployment plan to meet 

    critical goals and milestones in achieving the vision.

     (1-3 days depending on your goals / mission)

2.  On-site facilitation for selected training modules and work shops

      (up to 45 per class)            

3.  On-site evaluation - 'a Lean' walk through                                            

      (1-3 days depending on your goals / mission)                  

4.  On-site Value Stream Mapping of selected Value Stream to determine 'target' 

     area                       

      (2-5 days depending on scope of project and level of pre-facilitation desired)

5.  On-site 5S Event ... set up a 5S prototype area

      (3-6 days depending on scope of project - includes 1 day of Lean  

      Overview and 5S training)

6.  On-site Lean Kaizen Event (prototype area) - "the Complete Package"

7.   Allow our Master Black Belt to coach and mentor your team of Black Belts and Green

      Belts as needed for maximum efficiency and effectiveness

8.  Upon the client's request, we can integrate Six Sigma (DMAIC process) with
