Introduction to Lean                 

(1-day course)                                                                    

**This course is designed to introduce Lean and the tools used within a Lean environment (5S, visual workplace, VSM, etc).  It is intended for all levels of an organization going Lean.

Lean Apprentice Training/Certification

(3-day course)  This course is most effective with on-site facilitation

**This course combines basic Lean theories and tools, including a hands-on Lean demonstration excercise and a 5s/waste walk, with a detailed look into Value Stream Mapping.  Implementation and sustainment strategies are also discussed. 

Value Stream Mapping 

 (available with a Manufacturing or Transactional process focus)         

 (2-day course)                               

**This course is a two day, in-depth look at the Lean tool of value stream mapping.  Day one is a detailed look at all the facets of a VSM; while day two is a 'hands on' look at current/future states. 

Minitab Introduction W/ Statistics Overview    

(2-day course)

**Day one of this course is designed to introduce Minitab and it's more common applications.  Day 2 will delve into more theory and basic statistics and can be used as a refresher for those already having a basic knowledge of minitab (Green Belt certified or the equivalent).  The price for day 2 when not attended in conjuction with day 1 is $250 per person.

Lean Overview for Executives (What LEAN can do for your company?)  

 (1-day course)                                               

**This course is designed to explain the benefits of Lean to upper level managers.  Basic Lean concepts and tools will be discussed as well as deployment strategies.
